My passion is to create and am inspired by nature. I love to paint on silk and find this medium somewhere you cannot dictate but have to flow.

I love to see the changing seasons and have found many opportunities to grow in my new environment. I hope that you will join me in your journey of exploration and growth.
Thrive
During the times that we currently face it is important to look at how we might want to change. I am able to support you to thrive through intentional creativity and coaching.

My particular interest is in ’embodied leadership’ and I focus on helping you to develop in this area. Embodiment is bringing together mind, body and spirit in order to be fully present in all that you do. Leadership is in its widest sense and not contingent on position, but how you have a role within your own life, that of your family and in your community too. In that position you have agency, and can lead from that place.
Have you considered how you might want to support your journey?
I am an author that can facilitate creative writing practices that will inspire you and aid you in your reflective practice. In the future I will be looking to run creative retreats. I look forward to hearing from you and enabling you to have greater clarity in finding your purpose and path in life.
